My stay exceptionally good.

Liked: It was my first time in Lyon, and this place is just excellent. Every staff there is so wonderful ❤️ 💖 💕 and very professional. It was like they knew before. The room, facilities, amenities, dining area are all exceptionally neat 👌. The young gentleman who was looking after tables in the dining area was so pleasant and friendly. The location of the hotel is very perfect - near the big shopping centre and not very far away from the big train station. The gentleman and lady who welcomed me on Friday night were very professional, understanding and very accommodating. The two ladies who assisted me Saturday morning were so great 👍 and friendly. I am telling my friends and colleagues about the warmth, cleanliness and homely nature of this hotel so that they can also come there next time they visit Lyon.
Disliked: I loved 😍 everything- the location of the place, the amenities inside, the comfort of my bedroom, the nice breafast and the great and professional hotel staff.
