Disliked: Morning Recepționist was very rude, bathroom moldy, room was not enough space and very old and stuffy. Bed was not stable. Zero control over cooling and heating. Room #127

Liked: The location, clean room, courteous staff, shops for food, good connections for transport.

Decent hotel but not very...

Liked: The location is far from the center but good public transport. A lot of shops nearby and restaurantsThe room was clean, bright and quite.
Disliked: 1-No lift from entrance to reception2-I had a big luggage but the receptionist (a men) didn’t want to help me, fortunately a lady helped me to bring to the first floor, I was very lucky!2-The mattress was pretty bad, very soft and with springs, I got back pain

A good classic hotel for...

Liked: This is a classic hotel that still has some charm and is reasonably renovated. The staff are friendly and the room itself is good. The bathroom is especially nicely renovated. It was also nice to have a small balcony. The metro stations weren't too far away to get to the many interest points in Madrid, and locally there were some very good international food options - a lot from Latin American countries.
Disliked: Thr room was cleaned with a very strong perfume before we checked in. No big problem, but it would be better if the perfume use was reduced.

Liked: Hot water with good pressure, comfortable shower, good lightening of the bathroom mirror. Shopping center and a beautiful park nearby.
Disliked: Poor sound insulation. Small window into the courtyard-well.

Not a great experience.

Liked: There was someone’s clothes under the sheet, they say breakfast included which you need a card for and they didn’t give the card the card was only good for a pastry and a coffee we went in the restaurant the lady said sit down we ordered and at the end of what was “breakfast included” was a €29 Euro bill.
Disliked: It was close to where I could buy some shoes.
