Disliked: Very dated room, hair dryer like my mum’s from 70s. Apart from towels and shower gel, 2 classes, nothing else provided in a room, no fridge, no mini bar, no kettle/coffee/tea station and this being 4* hotel. Very poor. Also not the cleanest, wanted to dust a little to be honest. Called reception at 11.30pm as neighbours room had a party, making noise, drinking, screaming, shouting and clapping. Utterly unexceptable. You hear every possible noise in your room. From lift to banging doors and returning guests to dragging chairs. One more important thing. The most uncomfortable bed I’ve slept in. Very disappointed experience.
