Liked: I had an enjoyable stay at Hotel Madera overall. It is in a great location within walking distance or a short Uber ride to many activities and restaurants. Do not expect any frills, but it was an excellent choice for a girls' weekend away. We loved the balcony. The beds are very comfortable, and the room is spacious and clean. Huge thank you to the sweet housekeeper (did not get her name) who ran after me after I left my phone behind when checking out!
Disliked: The front desk staff wasn't very friendly or accommodating.

Liked: We stayed here for a night. It was so far the best experience I have had in the USA. The team was amazing and cheerful and helpful. The rooms were very clean
