Liked: Staff were very friendly, room great and excellent breakfast.Couldn’t fault anything.
Disliked: We booked a balcony room which was lovely but in Feb/March we couldn’t take advantage of the sunshine as the balconies are all north facing so not in the sun. So unless the weather is warmer maybe go for a cheaper no balcony room.

A stand-out among the many...

Liked: So near the Gare du Nord… but far enough away to escape the sleaze, a way above-average boutique hotel at reasonable prices. Our disabled room was particularly spacious.

Comfortable easy access to rail...

Liked: Breakfast ok plenty of choice
Disliked: The building next door was dreadful covered in Graffiti.

Quirky , nicely decorated hotel....

Liked: The spa was lovely.Very beautiful, thank you so much.Decor great ....quirky, nicely decorated.

2nd stay very good location...

Liked: Hotel staff were very helpful and accommodating.
Disliked: Room 101 was next to the lift which was very noisy . The hotel did change my room which was very kind.

Good stay, will definitely consider...

Liked: The rooms were spacious and we had two close together.
Disliked: Last time I stayed I was given free access to the spa and breakfast this time it was an additional charge so I didn’t take advantage of it.

Disliked: Breakfast overpriced. Spa times very limited.
