Liked: Beautifully designed hotel, nice rooms
Disliked: - When we came with luggages, no one helped us get them in. - We came in different times, and they would wouldn’t even turn on the Internet for the first comers because the deposit wasn’t paid. - The district itself where the hotel was located was very dirty with awful smell and lots of trash in the streets. - Breakfast service was terrible: no one explained us anything so at the end they wanted to overcharge us, even water wasn’t included; waited for croissants for 30 minutes; cheese was very basic (Gauda, Edam) for a 5 star hotel; no fruit or vegetables.

Liked: The staff is so friendly, the breakfast delicious and had the biggest avocado toast I’ve ever had, excellent location and the view from the rooftop is extraordinary- you see all the big monuments!
Disliked: Nothing, it was perfect!

Liked: Very chic and comfortable. Great location and fantastic food.
Disliked: The rooms and hotel in general was very dark/poorly lit.
