Liked: Parking
Disliked: Nearly everything, the worst 4star hotel ever! Very far from everywhere. No kettle no cups to make a tea no air conditioner vey very hot in the room. No solutions from the staff. You feel hot in the room? You could open the window. You need the hot water? You go to the restaurant! It's not a 4 star hotel. There is no service! You are here just to sleep and you even don't sleep well.

Everything is good.

4-star hotel with a huge...

Liked: Great position, the bus stop for the city centre right in front of the hotel. Nice breakfast, well prepared on gluten-free. The room was clean and big enough.
Disliked: The barely speak English at the reception, it’s a 4-star hotel and they should be able to communicate with guests. Also, they assured the laundry service within 24 hours. I gave them my clothes in the morning, I found them on my bed in the afternoon and they were still dirty. The guy at the reception was not able to explain to me why they didn’t wash them, he didn’t speak English at all.

Liked: A great place to stay. We were in Granada to visit the Alhambra Place and it’s in the perfect location. Only a five minute taxi ride to the ticket office. Highly recommended.
