Really nice hotel and conference...

Liked: Great hotel for leisure or business. Decent cafe/bar and also restaurant.
Disliked: Outdoor pool closed from November and photos of an indoor pool are actually the wellness spa and paid entry.

Good

Liked: The location is ideal because there is car parking so you’re then free to use the bus which drops you off right outside the door of the hotel and you pick up the bus a few yards down the road from the main hotel entrance. The breakfasts were extensive.
Disliked: No English TV. No tea coffee making facilities in the room.

Exceptional

Liked: We arrived late due to the Valencia floods but the staff were helpful and welcoming and our car was securely parked in the underground garage. Our room was comfortable and very clean. Breakfast was fantastic - a great choice of hot and cold buffet style food.Great location - we walked to the Alhambra - uphill and took about 30 minutes but there is a bus stop right outside for anyone wanting to ride up.All in all an excellent choice of hotel.
Disliked: Nothing

Two night stay in Granada

Liked: Close to bus stop.
Disliked: Did not have complimentary morning coffee in the lobby.

Large and clean rooms, properly...

Liked: Large and clean rooms, properly equipped, friendly professional staff, very good breakfast. It is not in the historic center of the city, and it is not near the Alhambra and for this reason we preferred to use public transport for travel, which was totally convenient. The hotel has its own car park in the basement.

Liked: Good location. Reception staff were helpful and friendly.Bar and restaurant area were satisfactory.On site parking was good.
Disliked: Breakfast food options and quality was below the standard of other 4 star hotels we have stayed at in Andalucia.No tea / coffee making facilities were in the room or available at reception - again this was offered at other 4 star hotels (which were not as expensive as this hotel).
