Superb

A great place, great rooms,...

Liked: Breakfast was great , very generous, and various, staff was allways helpfull.ther ooms were very big , like a tipycal tuscan place wood beems,curtains,any question, or any problem was solved quickly, the staff was allways helpfull, kind and smiling, they upgraded my room to another big one and much more new,because of a problem ,,i loved to stay there and enjoyed my stay a lot. I allready miss this place

Location, location.......

Liked: Great location, great view from the patio restaurant. Welcoming and knowledgeable personnel. Excellent breakfast and service. Lots of shop, attractions and restaurant close by.

Excellent location, helpful staff 24/7.

Liked: Excellent location , 24/7 reception staff who were very helpful and considerate of a solo traveller. View from rooftop is a treat. Great
Disliked: Sleep can be disturbed by the charming street bustle. No tea or coffee facilities in room but a kettle was provided as soon as I asked, same for a hairdryer.

Liked: the room was clean and quiet and close the train station
Disliked: the front staff generally was not very friendly. For over 300 euro a night, they should offer complimentary coffee in the morning either in the rooms or in the room downstairs before the breakfast room, for those opting not to have breakfast. It's just classy. Also it was not advertised to us that the upstairs rooftop was not open to the public. It was one of the reasons why I chose the hotel. That was deceiving.

Pleasant

Liked: Good breakfast, perfect location, especially if you travel by train. Friendly staff
Disliked: We had one of the biggest room in the hotel. BUT the door to the toilet was not working. Very noisy, quite cold (we were trying to use the air conditioner to warm up, did not succeed). Wifi signal non-existent most of the time. The roof terrace was also sadly clised

Disappointing

Liked: Good location
Disliked: Very bad sound isolation where all sounds from people in other rooms and hallways were heard as well as water when someone was taking a shower or running the tap in the sink.
