Liked: We stayed at M14 Hotel & Spa for three days. The location is really great, one step from Prato della Valle and close to the historic center of Padua. Compering to other hotels in the center, the price was affordable for us. The breakfast was great and the staff willing to reply every question and assist in any request! The hotel offers bikes for those who are interested to visit the city riding around

Disliked: The bed is extremely uncomfortable. The mattress is too hard, and the pillow too low. No extra pillows are provided.The water pressure in the tap and shower is too low. There are not enough hooks for hanging coats/clothes/towels, in the room or the bathroomThe free WiFi supports only one deviceAlthough marketing itself as a "Spa hotel", the spa facilities are charged extra, and they are ridiculously expensive and strictly time-limited. Yes, this info is on the hotel's website, but most people book through Booking.com and there is nothing there saying we'd have to pay extra for the sauna

Practical solution for short stays...

Liked: The hotel is very well-located, within walking distance from the city centre. My room was comfortable and well-equipped. Staff was very kind and supportive.
Disliked: Parking was available but only outdoors and it came with an additional fee. My room was slightly warmer than I would have liked, but that didn't represent a major issue.

Liked: Good location, if you want to stay in the heart of the old city. It's close to a tram stop and supermarket.
Disliked: The pillows are not comfortable. There are no cutlery or cups - you need to ask in person.
