Liked: Shower nice powerful. Pool nice enough, not the warmest though. Hotel did the job for a place to sleep & getting ready to go out. Reasonable location
Disliked: Staff a little unhelpful for check-in. Didn't assist re digital loop on the check-in. Slightly annoying have to have decent connection to gain access to key in & have to have phone always which could have been issue re pool.Shame no kettle for tea, coffee machine not good either.

Liked: Nothing bad to say it was amazing , self check in , key on your phone inside a really easy app would totally recommend!

Liked: the location is very convenient you can walk to the riverside and city center by 10 mins. the hotel informed to have a parking space but we arrived late and all spots were busy however the recepcionist helped us to park into the nearest closed parking place that is 5 mins by walk. the superior room we stayed was very spacious . the bed was big and comfortable. free coffee pods in the room was very tasty
Disliked: there was hair and some dirt on one of the sheets although it seemed not to be used before and had the fresh iron lines so should be a new sheet( double bed) and there was no drinking water in the room. we arrived to the hotel late and stayed only for 1 nigth so we didnt take it as a big problem as we just needed to sleep and rest quickly.
