Room was acceptable, but they...

Liked: The room itself was passable and clean, with towels provided. Athough the walls were quite thin, ear plugs are advised. The location was good for my purpose
Disliked: I was automatically charged an extra €75.They told me this was a 'reservation' fee that I would be refunded after I checked out.Months of chasing later and they still haven't responded or refunded me.Absolute scam. Be wary.
