Liked: This is our second stay at this hotel. Each time we have been impressed by it.It has a very good location, close to all means of transportation and restaurants.The staff is always ready to assist its patrons. trying their best to help on any issue.We shall come again.
Disliked: This only area where we feel that an improvement will be appropriate, is the breakfast. France is famous for its cuisine, for its fresh and tasty products.Considering that the hotel is surrounded by places where a nice breakfast is easily accessible, at descent fares, we think that it would be beneficial for the hotel to review its own breakfast options. People, however, do like, in general, to have their breakfast in their hotel. Perhaps, providing a coffee machine in the rooms and offering a breakfast a la carte may be one option.

Disliked: Disliked · The most disappointing part was failure to properly care for guests by the management of this 4 star hotel. We arrived around midnight on Saturday and were told that the thermostat in our room is out of order and we have to use a small old style electric heater for the room. The temperature in the room was scorching hot and we had to keep windows open to bring the air in. Then it became cold and we had to turn it on. We struggled with the heater for 2 nights. We were told that no other room is available, that the technician will come on Monday only and the manager will be available on Monday as well. My email complaint to management remained unanswered. No one contacted us until Monday morning when the front desk gentleman asked if we would like to change the room. At this point we had only one more night to stay and decided that it is too much trouble to pack/ unpack just for one more night. Upon checking out there was not even an attempt to apologize or to offer to any compensate for inconvenience, not even disregard ridiculous $3 charge for a cup of coffee! And by the way, the thermostat was not fixed on Tuesday when we checked out!

Lovely hotel, will return.
