Great hotel with great customer...

Liked: Very close to the old part of the town so we could walk to the cathedral and surrounding areas. Room was comfortable and clean. The receptionist was exceptionally helpful and friendly, always greeted us with a smile. It felt like nothing was too much trouble for her. Breakfast was excellent. Lots of choice.
Disliked: When the cafe next door burnt the toast our room was filled with the smell of burning. When I went into the corridor the smell was worse. We were worried that the hotel was on fire! I imagine the smell must have come through the ductwork.
