Very good
Liked: localization is very good
Disliked: During check-in, I provided the necessary details for the invoice and requested it in advance. However, after checking out, I did not receive the invoice and had to follow up to obtain it. When it finally arrived, it was issued with incorrect information. I requested a corrected version, but the details were still wrong. This experience has negatively impacted my overall impression of the hotel.

Decent hotel with (unfortunately) digital...
Liked: It's a decent hotel with a decent breakfast. I personally didn't like the self check-in and check-out. It's always better to be welcomed and said goodbye by a real person :)

Pleasant
Liked: Very good location, nice modern room.
Disliked: The room was supposed to have a minibar but it didn’t, and when asked at the reception I got the answer they don’t have them in any rooms, and it has been like this for some time. I showed it says so in the Booking reservation and just got shrug. The room descriptions still say so a month after. Would have originally booked some other hotel if I had known.

Very good
Liked: Location, location! Friendly , helpful staff.
Disliked: No coffee making facilities in the rooms. Yes there is coffee in the Lobby , but it's really nice with a fresh cup of coffee in the morning in your room.

Awesome stay, positively surprised!
Liked: Professional and welcoming staff, awesome interior design, colorful decor elements, exceptionally clean and nice room
Disliked: I stayed in room 128 and heard both nights of my stay some weird sounds from upstairs (probably?), like something heavy falling down or being carried around, also quite late in the evening. It didn’t matter much to me, as I was just happy having a room with a bathtub, but maybe other guests would find it disturbing that the noise isolation lets this kind of sounds through quite easily.
