Liked: Good hotel, fit people can easily walk to the city center. Nice and helpful staff. Ample breakfast and I was allowed to check in early and given an extra big room. Nice gesture.

Very nice, comfortable and friendly...

Liked: The reception staff were exceptional, in particular Damien, Julia, Anna and Alex who helped us figure out the bus/train/tram system.The breakfast was good, though the fried eggs overdone (only an issue if you want a full fry-up).The location just outside the main tourist parts of the city was nonetheless close to both bus and metro, so easy to get in whilst being a bit more peaceful. We ate locally where the locals eat.
Disliked: The room was not that big and though on the 6th floor, had no view as the windows were behind a 'parapet', but then we only really slept there so it was not a big deal. It was comfortable, quiet and warm once we found our how to switch the heating on, which seemed to get switched off every day. This latter point was our only real complaint.
