Our initial impression when checking...

Liked: Good choice dining area a little small
Disliked: Our only criticism was the receptionist Paulo,he clearly missed the customer welcome seminar.Anna by comparison was very attentive,nice lady.We also felt that charging separately 59c for a T bag was rather petty if a charge was considered necessary just include this in the bill.

Liked: Close to the metro, nice personel
Disliked: Noise as people shut the door very loud and rooms are not sound proof so you hear every noisexand there are lots of them.

Disliked: The hotel takes a deposit of 40 euros from you in case you use a mini bar in the roomYou’re charged for tea and coffee, which I find absurd for a 3 star hotelHousekeeping was touching into my personal stuff and were taking my private tea/sugar, which very annoying
