Functional

Liked: The location is great for what I wanted. This is the main reason I booked this hotel
Disliked: The hotel is very clean and comfortable but lacks being welcoming.There is no tea coffee in the rooms with limited availability for this in the lobby. A notice says this is not allowed in the bedrooms. I found these rules uninviting.

Liked: Very clean, well located, and maintained. The staff is very kind.
Disliked: The bed was a little bit uncomfortable because the mattress was too hard for me.

Liked: Fabulous location just outside a very accessible city centre.Greeted professionally and with a warm welcome when we arrived.

We loved it!

Liked: We liked everything about this hotel. Breakfast was very very rich and amazing - you can have even salmon and few types of cakes for desert.Free tea, you just pay hot water 50 cents.
Disliked: Everything was fine.

A very nice place to...

Liked: I enjoyed very much the accommodation at the Hotel Lucia, very nice/professional/kind staff that always helped and answered our questions. It is very clean, cozy and you can go very easy at any place to visit (the subway and also the tram stations are near). It is not a minus but for my taste i could enjoy more variety for the breakfast.
