Liked: Staff was so friendly and helpful! We were extremely comfortable in the room and the hotel was so beautiful. Great location as we were in town for a concert at the Roseland, so very easy to get around everywhere we were heading. Would definitely stay again

Liked: Lovely hotel - rooms very comfortable and clean. The location was very central. It was a shame that the restaurant attached to the hotel had closed down but there was so much in the area that this wasn’t a problem for us in the end

Liked: Staff, position, clean, complimentary tea/coffee and drinks in the evening. Bathroom small and no view from room but not a problem as only sleep there. Beds and pillows super comfortable.

Disliked: I was basically forced to valet for an additional $60. One of the reasons that I picked Hotel Lucia is because one of the amenities listed was parking. Thought it would be free.

Liked: The staff was very friendly, and the location was perfect. Being close to the light rail was a huge plus, and made getting to the convention center a breeze. Nothing too fancy, but just a nice, comfortable, and thoughtful experience.
Disliked: The bathroom layout was kind of odd and the lighting was pretty harsh. A single dimmable wall-mounted sconce would go a long way and take care of my only complaint.
