One of my favorite hotels...

Liked: Cozy hotel in Downtown Portland. The staff was very nice and made check-in very easy. The room was clean and very comfortable with great decor, and it was nice to have the espresso machine in the room. The free play Street Fighter 2 machine downstairs in the basement wasne. a nice trip down nostalgia lane.
Disliked: In my room, the radiator would make random whirring noises throughout the night. This was only a minor issue for me, my overall experience was a great and I would come back.

Liked: Beautiful decor, comfortable rooms and super comfy bed, very friendly staff, easy check-in, convenient downtown location

Liked: In truth, not much that could be pointed out as positive. Possibly some of the
Disliked: Hotel does feel "dirty" and somewhat shabby. We had a suite, and that was not as described at all. Their communication regarding car parking is not in the favour of customers. Straight across the road is a nice clean car park at half the price of the valet. The valet would actually take the care to a car park further away. This makes no sense.Then mistakenly charging for water located in the room that we did not consume, which was in turn refunded when challenged.
