Disliked: Bed and pillows were hard.

Liked: Everything except location of room. Next to fish restaurant. No smell in the room, but when we went out of room.
Disliked: Room service forgot to replace towels. But front desk was very accommodating with new towels.

Looking for a flipped place...

Liked: Location is awesome, I was able to walk all over the Stanford campus.
Disliked: It feels like a renovated travelodge or Motel 6 that was flipped. It’s okay, but you cannot change the bones.

Liked: The free WiFi provided by this hotel is high-speed and quite stable, without any interruptions.
Disliked: The cleaning staffs at this hotel did not perform their duties properly. They forgot to clean the room and did not wash the dirty towels as requested, instead folding them to appear as clean towels. Their service attitude is very poor. they refused to clean the room if I was inside, despite the “please clean” sign on the door. I repeatedly call the front desk，when the cleaning staff do come, they insist I leave the room. The cleaning staffs are the worst I have encountered in all the hotels I've stayed at. Additionally, the breakfast was unappetizing and repetitive, and occasionally lacked certain fruits. The gym equipment was sparse and the area dirty. The pool described on the website is actually a small spa pool, not suitable for swimming.
