Liked: Great location, friendly and helpful staff. Clean and comfortable rooms
Disliked: Transport and tours arranged by the hotel were considerably more expensive than arranging elsewhere.

Avoid

Disliked: The building has structural issues. The floor of our room was not even, one side of the room was 3-4 cm lower than the other. We could feel walking up and down… which felt extremely unsafe. There is a separation of the building blocks next to the elevators where two sections of the building are apart.

Liked: Great location in Roma Norte on a peaceful plaza.
Disliked: I got a balcony room but there was no furniture on the balcony, and it faces an interior courtyard with no atmosphere. There was also only one thick dark curtain, so the curtain needed to be closed for privacy (feels like a fishbowl). It would have been so much nicer with a sheer curtain to let in light but provide privacy.

Liked: Breakfast was amazing - roof top fantastic Hotel location neighborhood was fabulous, and as pictured online. Rooms we choose were great- large and light with big windows facing park.Staff were always friendly and very helpful. We asked for a room change (to what we had asked and paid for). Staff was patient and eventually able to accommodate us. Cleaning women were very good,
