Unforgettable experience in Berlin

Liked: This hotel was so good that I almost regretted leaving my room. To start, I was welcomed by a glass of champagne during check-in; the staff was really friendly and professional. The room was very clean, with great decoration and a bathroom with a very nice shower. To conclude, the view and location were outstanding as well.10/10!
Disliked: The fact I had to leave it.

Liked: This is a gorgeous boutique hotel with a great sense of humour which you'll understand when you stay. Delightful staff and very well considered room design. Location was excellent.

Too short, we really could...

Liked: The staff was outstanding. Our room met expectations; it was clean and comfortable, much needed after a long day of walking. Fortunately, the hotel's excellent breakfast kept us going for most of the day. My wife and I will return to this hotel.

Get away short city break...

Liked: Breakfat was super - one of the best selections I've had all year.Super staff and great coffee.
Disliked: Room was great but just a little too small for our stay of 4 nights.

Excellent refurbished hotel in fantastic...

Liked: Location was excellent - very central and close to checkpoint Charlie, Brandenburg gate and TV tower
Disliked: The bedroom was the smallest we have ever stayed in ! You had to climb over each other to get to the 2nd side of the bed ! The TV was to the side of the bed so you couldn’t watch it ! The heating couldn’t be controlled so we had to open the window The photographs shown on the website in no way resembled the room we were given

Liked: Fantastic hotel, friendly staff, excellent breakfast and a great location. We stayed 2 nights and enjoyed our stay. The room was a good size, shower pressure was the best and the bed was comfortable.
Disliked: Nothing

Enjoyable stay, excellent location 8.5/10...

Liked: Excellent location, very close walking distance to all the main attractions.Very clean rooms with nice views and good value. Good Breakfast.
Disliked: Limited food menu so if there were more choices ie room service was lacking in selections, this is an area that needs to be looked into.Majority of the staff very pleasant indeed but on occasion very matter of fact and literal so bed side manner and customer relations needs attention for some which can be easily remedied with additional training.
