Okay, not great

Liked: Centrally located, but not the most trendy part, the hotel is perfectly okay buy not a cracking deal, no real lobby, the bar is somewhat sad, the atmosphere quite old/conservative. You can probably do better for the price in Berlin.

Good stay on the whole

Liked: Had a good stay - location is everything for me so it ticked that box as it’s very central. Not the hotel’s fault but there’s some very heavy construction right next door which starts at around 6am and the room literally shook. As a light sleeper this wasn’t great.

Lovely hotel in the centre...

Liked: Friendly helpful staff, fantastic location, comfortable and clean, appreciated that the staff spoke English.

Modern hotel with a funky...

Very good, shame it was...

Liked: The reception staff were very friendly especially the lady who checked us in and out. A credit to the hotel. Also the lady who served us lunch was excellent.
Disliked: The Bar Man, he was rude and condescending. We actually stopped going to the bar as he made us feel very uncomfortable. He made the worst margarita I have ever had. Clearly, only knew how to make the signature cocktails. Also a rude comment was made about myself and my daughter in German between him and a male customer, disgraceful.
