Overpriced, breakfast is terrible, manager...

Liked: The location is great, very central however very noisy! The 2 gentlemen on the reception desk were fantastic super helpful and went the extra mile for us!
Disliked: The rooms were stifling hot… asked for a fan or the air con to be turned on to be told point no as it was “between seasons” so not allowed air con on! Had to sleep with windows wide open for air but the noise from the road and drunk people outside made it impossible to sleep.Breakfast was absolutely terrible… unless you go before 8am don’t expect any hot food! Really poor options and very limited. Do not waste your money!Be prepared to pay extra taxes when you check out, we stayed 4 nights and was charged an extra €70 in hotel taxes which we knew nothing about! The food items they place in your room are NOT free they don’t tell you this or put a menu in your room so there is no way of knowing about them.

Liked: The staff was amazing! They were so welcoming when we arrived! They had our rooms ready and even got a taxi for us quick because we wanted to go site seeing! Its hidden but amazing! Walking distance to shops, museum and restaurants! Location a must especially if you love to walk and explore! A must stay! Love it! I highly recommend! My kids loved the hot chocolate they had in lobby! I highly recommend this place!
