Great Location, tired hotel!

Disliked: The Location of this hotel is its best attribute, it is a tired hotel, very narrow corridors, lift very small, room on the 6th floor, no Air Con, had to leave windows open to cool the room. Carpet in bedroom very grotty/dirty, bathroom clean. Room was not serviced until after 4pm on first day....had to request housekeeping to service room on second day after a long day sightseeing...Breakfast was nice, but food in buffet was not topped up, we were refused pastries and told breakfast was finished this was at 10.10am even though we were told breakfast finished at 10.30am! As I said before, the location is excellent.

Disliked: Basic things didnt work such as coffee machines..issues with door locks...no accommodations made as a result of inconvenience

Great location, clean and comfortable.
Liked: Centrally located, clean and very comfortable. Staff was wonderful and helpful.

Liked: The location was amazing, the rooms were beautiful and comfortable, and the staff was fantastic. I have nothing to complain about and would highly recommend it to all my friends and family. We were able to leave our bags when we arrived early and collect them afterward as well.
Disliked: Nothing at all was amazing

Extremely disappointing, willl never recommend.

Disliked: With mobility issues, I was unable to get into the bed supplied. I had to sleep in the chair. I could hear every toilet flush in the building coming through my room. There was a smell throughout the property. I did not stay. I requested a refund and it was refused. Most unprofessional. I had stayed in London and at one hotel, 4 star, found that I could not access the bathroom. They offered to refund my money and arrange another hotel. That's service.
