Exceeded expectations, nicely done spacious...

Liked: Very nicely done, spacious, modern. The food from the restaurant was very good. There was a nice terrace that we could have a drink at. They had really gone out of their way to make us feel at home in the room with dog bowls and baby bath & cot. The bathroom was lovely and we liked the separate loo. Breakfast was very relaxing and a good choice. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Not that we got to use it but popped our head into the gym which was again nicely done with towels / water, enough machines for a decent workout! Loved the hotel, it exceeded our expectations and we would come back for sure! Thank you
Disliked: At first we were a little concerned with security around the car park but the reception explained there is a night warden who watches over the cars - it’s also good that we could see our car from the bedroom (there is a nice fence so it’s not an exact view of a car park)

Liked: Very well designed room - soundproofed, lovely products in bathroom, very dark with no artificial light in bedroom, comfortable bed, good food.Very close to Louvre Lens for an interesting visit.Part of a very impressive urban regeneration project.
Disliked: Cold bathroom. Underfloor heating would make it perfect.

Wonderful experience at a lovely...

Liked: The rooms, the staff and the restaurant were all excellent. The food and service were great, the staff could not have done more to ensure a comfortable, pleasant stay for me, my parents and my dog. They were simply there, happy to help and always with a 'can do' approach. We were tired after driving all day and the experience at the hotel was just what we needed to recharge! Highly recommend!
Disliked: Nothing I can think of.
