Liked: Very well designed room - soundproofed, lovely products in bathroom, very dark with no artificial light in bedroom, comfortable bed, good food.Very close to Louvre Lens for an interesting visit.Part of a very impressive urban regeneration project.
Disliked: Cold bathroom. Underfloor heating would make it perfect.

Liked: Quiet and clean, very friendly staff.

Disliked: They did not have fresh brown bread at breakfast

Liked: The rooms, the staff and the restaurant were all excellent. The food and service were great, the staff could not have done more to ensure a comfortable, pleasant stay for me, my parents and my dog. They were simply there, happy to help and always with a 'can do' approach. We were tired after driving all day and the experience at the hotel was just what we needed to recharge! Highly recommend!
Disliked: Nothing I can think of.

Liked: Hotel is really quite high end for the price , it feels very luxurious and has a lovely breakfast area .
Disliked: There is nothing about the hotel I didn’t like .

Liked: The room was very comfortable and exceptionally quiet. The bathroom facilities are perfect. Our evening meal and breakfast were also great.Good value, great location - approx an hour from Calais and close to the motorway. We have stayed here a few times and will continue to visit.
