Terrible service from the reception,...

Liked: The Location and the breakfast and perfect service of the restaurant staff
Disliked: The reception service is terrible, they respond with a bad attitude, they never answer the reception number in the morning. The bathroom walls are very dirty and the smell in the hallways and room is very bad.

Not what we were expecting....

Disliked: We were shocked with our room. The room lights didn’t work, we didn’t have enough towels for the amount of people in the room, the AC kept turning off, the bathroom lights took over 5 minutes to ‘warm up and then on’, and the TV didn’t work. We tried contacting the front desk multiple times in person and on the phone but no one was there. We also sent an email and never heard back from their team. The location was great but there’s so many hotel options you don’t have to sacrifice basic necessities by staying here.

Great Location and Wonderful Breakfast

Liked: Breakfast was in the restaurant next. Good choices from the menu. Service at the restaurant was outstanding! Downside was that we had to carry all luggage up three flights of stairs. Check in counter is down a few doors from the hotel entrance. Great location to see the town and explore. Short walk to port for cruise (or in our case simple Uber ride - under $15).
Disliked: Room was clean spacious and quiet. Employee working was very helpful with information. Again no elevator and had to carry luggage up three flights of stairs.
