Worst Customer Service - Lies...

Liked: The View over the river was nice but the room had ceiling lights that were hanging loose with wires exposed.
Disliked: Reception was extremely rude and very arrogant, I left the hotel feeling horrible. I booked 1 "large" double bed. I then received an email from the hotel saying they were not able to meet my needs, i replied with" what needs?" but was completely ignored by the hotel.When I arrived the staff at the hotel claimed I had not booked the large bed but that was a lie as I had the emails to confirm it. Instead i was offered two singles pushed together. I was told nothing could be done because the hotel was fully booked & that was also was a lie. I was then offered an upgrade to the best room for a small price and I agreed. Unfortunately that room had lights hanging out of the ceiling with exposed wires.When checking out the Asian receptionist wanted to argue with me about my stay. I asked three times not to talk about it, I just wanted to leave. Unfortunately her arrogance was stronger than the need to be polite. I left the hotel feeling angry unrested and just horrible. The worst customer service ever

Picturesque Peaceful Stay

Liked: Location is lovely, excellent view over the river. Very good Public transport links across river. Underground access provided safe access to wellness area. Staff were very nice and helpful.
Disliked: The food was very expensive however it was fantastic.

Relaxing and every wish was...

Liked: Very clean and modern but with the historic building at its centre. Subtle sophisticated design. Beds comfy. Welcoming and inviting lounge area. Beautiful terrace. Food was all excellent.
