Superb
Liked: I really enjoyed the comfort of the room, the lounge area with the minibar and the breakfast in the mornings. I also really appreciate how nice every employee was.
Disliked: The temperature could be a little less warm and the mattresses a little softer, other than that everything was great

Good location and kind staff
Liked: The location and the people that work in the hotel were the best in how to treat their guests, the room looked a little bit old, but clean; the breakfast was Okay and the staff is very kind. We were very well treated and the hotel was very clean. I do recommend this hotel if you are travelling in a budget.
Disliked: Maybe this is an European issue. During the winter the rooms are too warm for us, but we kept the windows open. That was the only issue. The shower enclouser was a bit small, but I managed to use. I am 1.80m high and > 100Kg. If you are really big you will feel a little tight, but at least for me it was not a big issue. In a overall I still recomend the hotel.

Liked: The personnel of the hotel was very friendly. The rooms were absolutely clean. Stable WiFi connection. Good breakfast. Nice location - 5 mins walking to the nearest subway (metro) station, 7-8 mins walking to the nearest tram. There is also a good local restaurant (pizzeria) Mela Rossa, which is about 100 m away from the hotel.
Disliked: Very hot temperature in the rooms - I'd prefer to have it a bit colder. With this warm temperature it will be good to provide water to the the guests (they do it at arrival, but not on the other days). Also the sound isolation is not good - you can hear everything. The elevator is very small.
