Liked: Friendly staff ..Lovely modern hotel ..The bed was so comfy ..Good location..Close to many attractions..
Disliked: The cafe where breakfast was served not good value and the waitress was so rude would not opt for breakfast ..Best go out to a nice cafe ..plenty of lovely bars in the area...We stayed in a suite.. No bigger than a double not worth the extra cost..

Basic no frills accomodation but...

Liked: We read all the reviews on this hotel and decided to book based on its very reasonable price. So we were aware that there were no lifts and that we would have to carry our cases upstairs. The room was bigger than we expected which was a bonus. Cannot comment re breakfast as after reading the reviews we opted to get breakfast out. The location was good for the main sites.
Disliked: The air conditioning was ineffective and the bed was not that comfortable.

Clean and tidy hotel, close...

Liked: It was a great location. Near to lots of sights. Easy enough to get to the Alhambra. It did look like the pictures even if the room was smaller than I thought it would be.
Disliked: Room was smaller than I though. Tight getting around the bed. I wasn't aware that it didn't have a lift but I was only on the first floor. Reception could have been a little better.
