Good value for money, nice...

Liked: Small but efficiently designed room, central location in Gran Via, minibar, dark enough for sleeping, good for spending night
Disliked: Very loud housekeeping, not possible to sleep after 08.00 am, staff was grumpy, safe was not working

The hotel’s location enabled easy...

Liked: The staff were helpful and the location very central.
Disliked: There was no cooling air conditioning so the window/s need to be open to cool the room- but the noise from the laneways is loud and intrusive. This has a significant impact on the quality of sleep at night.The TV setup doesn’t allow pairing with streaming services.

Located in a quiet street...

Liked: The hotel is located in a small street off Grand Via, the theater street. The other touristy streets are Sol and Plaza Mayor. Easy access to metro, which is an important transportation to anywhere. I like the breakfast, the ambience. I think formerly it was Best Western, so I have confidence in the hotel.
Disliked: None.
