Superb

Liked: Convenient location. Nice host.
Disliked: Some noise outside occasionally since its only at level 2. Not a big problem though. Breakfast is good.

Liked: The location was very convenient, right by the train station. Very friendly staff.
Disliked: The room had recently been renovated but the renovation not completed. Some of the electrical installations were incomplete and the walls in the bathroom were undone. To say that sound insulation is lacking is an understatement. Sounds from the hallway and adjacent room seemed to be amplified inside our room.

Liked: The hotel owners are very nice. Fast and smooth communication. Good location which we can reach metro station within few mins by foot. Clean and new facilities. Quiet and comfortable room. With escalator. Many restaurants and shops nearby. 5 stars hotel!

Perfect Location, Good Price, Very...

Liked: The location was perfect, in the center. Close to the Firenze station, there are a lot of restaurants, supermarkets, caffe. The price was very good. The room was clean, the staff was very kind. They let us keep our luggage before checking in and after checking out, so you can stroll around the city without worrying about dragging around your luggage.

Liked: Very close to attractions and the train stationThe reception 24/7 the best thing They have breakfast but I did not request for it, but is a good thing that they offerThe price was very good compared to other accommodation, for what they offer I stayed only 2 nights
Disliked: The smell from the bathroom is quite disturbing but that's the problem with most accommodations in Italy
