Liked: The bed, location, easy access, clear instructions, the shower in the bedroom, the staff.
Disliked: There's a useless computer, and I really needed one. The AC needs cleaning (deep cleaning).

Liked: Excellent location, super clean, shower in the room and super nice staff! Definitely a great choice with an excellent price to stay.

Liked: The only plus is that late check-in is possible.
Disliked: I am very disappointed because I booked two rooms and one was without a toilet. Both rooms were very dirty and old and need renovation.

Liked: It is a very good place to stay for a few days as a dorm. There isn't much infrastructure, but it was perfect for what we needed. Everything is very clean, and the check-in info via email is very convenient.

Liked: Great location, arrival and clear check-in instructions were very helpful, it was good to have possibility to reach out to the staff via whatsapp, because they were not at the reception for the bigger part of the day. Bathrooms are shared, but they were tidy and clean all the time
Disliked: The rooms are very small and lack some of the items that would be very convenient, like a kettle and tiny soap/shampoo, which are expected in most of the hotels/guest houses etc., shared bathrooms are manageable, but again, they are very small, especially the shower area, so much so that is difficult to use for a taller person. Manegeable, but only for a short stay. The worst part was somebody trying to open our room's door, and not in only was instance. Once it happened in the afternoon and next time - in the middle of the night, which we didn't even go to check, because it didn't feel safe, we were not sure if somebody was at the reception in case people who tried that would attempt to enter our room or in case of a conflict.

Very poor service

Disliked: They made us wait 40 minutes in the evening to give us the access. They never apologised.They tried to make us pay the city tax twice.
