Liked: Staff were very helpful and friendly. The location was excellent, easy access to transport (trains, metro and buses) and pldnty of places to eat within very eazy walking distance. The room was very comfortable.
Disliked: We had to climb a few stairs to get to the lift, but staff helped us with our luggage. Breakfast was not as extensive as elsewhere.... but perfectly adequate.

Liked: Great location, clean rooms, kind hotel personnel, coffee tea and water free at all times, super market, bakery and many other choices nearby, 5 min from metro and trains.

Liked: + The location is really good and well connected, in a walkable distance to the Gare de Lyon.+ The room was big and comfortable.+ The staff was very friendly and accommodating.+ We were able to safely store our luggage before check-in. Moreover, we got free coffee in the lobby and were able to go to the toilet before check-in.+ We were "guest of the day", so we got a free room upgrade and were gifted a hotel Locomo mug, which is for me a very cool and useful souvenir of Paris. Thank you very much again! :)
Disliked: - The bathroom was really small, not big enough for two people.- We had to walk upstairs to get to the lift. So, it's probably not the best hotel for mobility impaired people.

Exceptional

Liked: The staff was exceptional, especially Mikal! Also, the location is very convenient. You can walk or take the Metro easily. The breakfast and coffee were excellent and varied. The rooms are quite small, but that’s normal for Paris. The bed is very comfortable, the entire hotel and rooms are very clean. The soundproofing is absolutely amazing and I have very sensitive hearing! The value for money is excellent, it’s hard to beat.
Disliked: Nothing, it was excellent. We only stayed one night but I could see it being very suitable for a long weekend for a couple.
