Liked: Excellent staff. Wonderful rooftop bar with great tapas. Great location. Staff very helpful with recommendations for local restaurants, etc. Comfortable bed and nice size room with great amenities.
Disliked: Noting to change.

Great hotel but very noisy...

Liked: Fabulous stylish well run hotel. The mimi suite we had was outstanding the staff were universally excellent especially the concierge who took a lot of trouble to try to sort some flamenco for us at short notice..Brilliant breakfast with food cooked to order and first class buffet too.
Disliked: Our last night was dreadful we could not sleep till 3.00 am for load disco music coming from another part of the hotel. We really tolerant of a little noise but this was really loud and late. Staff were apologetic the following day but it literally kept us awake till 3.00

Fantastic overall - do recommend...

Liked: The reception team absolutely amazing. So helpful in every way. The location of the hotel was very good, just a 10 min walk from everything! The room was excellent and comfortable except too dark! Black walls and dim lighting, great for mood and vibe but really impractical. Impossible to do your make up!
Disliked: Breakfast service was a little haphazard, unusual way to service Eggs Benedict! The Roof Top bar was beautiful but the bartenders had a bit of attitude.

Liked: The hotel was exquisite, decorated in an eclectic style, very chic. The breakfast just out of this world and all the special touches in the bedroom. Special thanks to Paula, Julia y Mario from reception and valet parking, also to Jorge at breakfast. The staff is extremely professional and very helpful, they made our stay unforgettable

Liked: We liked everything about the property. Great vibe, great welcome and impeccable service, excellent breakfast, the room and jacuzzi which was very welcome after long days out walking and visiting the city.
