Very disappointing, I’ve never had...

Liked: Location, and room terrace was quite nice
Disliked: The valet treatment of my car was simply unacceptable…1/one staff member took home the keys one night so could not have access to it until he was back at 9am the next day!! They found excuses instead of owning up to their mistake (car key had an apple tracker….)2/more importantly : *both front wheel rims were destroyed while parking the car at night!!* I was not told anything and realized after leaving the hotel. The wheel was also structurally damaged and a captor had to be changed. The hotel has still not reimbursed me 3 months after the damage was done although recognizing there had been some mismanagement of my car… what an understatement.Appalling treatment of my car, and the repairs have ended up costing by me much more than my stay at the hotel too.

Liked: The location was excellent, by the river and within walking distance of most of the sights. The breakfast was excellent, with a great choice .All the staff were very friendly and helpful.The room was a good size and the bed really comfortable.The room was clean and as we were celebrating our birthdays we got a card, cake and fizz, which was a lovely touch.
Disliked: The room was a bit too dark, as was the hotel itself but I understand that is the style. We were in room 210a and at times you could hear music from somewhere in the hotel, but not loud enough to be of a concern.i am being hyper critical as requested,but would definitely stay here again.

Best hotel in Seville

Liked: Immaculately clean, brilliant decor and service. Beautiful location and rooftop bar. Can't fault anything.
Disliked: Make it more clear of the rooftop pool opening months on booking

A no brainer - book...

Liked: When booking, we knew this would be a great place to stay, but they far exceeded expectations! Everything was fantastic, from the room, staff, breakfast, and the bars. We were there for a celebration and loved the surprise treats left in our room! We will be returning to Seville and will definitely book Hotel Lobby again.
