Central but loud

Liked: The location of the hotel is very central and you can reach all the sights as well as the metro in a short time. The breakfast was also OK. The dinner in the in-house restaurant was very tasty and I definitely recommend the restaurant.
Disliked: Unfortunately, the rooms and windows are poorly insulated, so you can hear the noises of the neighbors, the slamming of doors in the hallway and street noise such as garbage disposal and traffic all night long. I couldn't sleep and it was bad. I changed rooms, but the second room was also noisy. I then had to change hotels after two nights without sleep. The soundproofing between the rooms and the windows should definitely be worked on.

Liked: Great location and fabulous staff. Lovely restaurant on site.
Disliked: Only downside was size of the room which was very small but the staff and location made up for it. We were there for four nights and for a longer stay I might inquire if there was a somewhat larger room.

Perfect location, clean rooms!

Liked: The hotel is well located near everything! The staff were very accommodating, friendly and pleasant. The room and the toilet were amazing and very clean.
Disliked: A little more variety on the breakfast. We only had 1 hand soap eve if we booked for 2 people. The free coffee in our room were never refilled even if we atayed for 3 nights

Great location

Liked: Fabulous location, a few minutes walk to the river, the elevators and funiculars to access the higher areas. Nice bathroom and shower. Robe and slippers were a nice touch. The hotel bar/restaurant is actually a public one which was quite good. Decent breakfast selection of hot and cold. Very clean and the staff were very friendly. Would stay again.
Disliked: Room was a bit small but we chose the smaller option for price. Not a problem for us as we had small cabin bags but if you were staying longer with large hold cases you would need to book the larger room.Hotel bar/restaurant closed on Sunday but plenty of options within a few yards.
