Good hotel in handy part...

Liked: Friendly staff, close to centre of town.
Disliked: Wifi was a bit weak. Also there were noisy guests above us, not the hotel's fault, but perhaps less heavy chairs might help?

Great place to stay for...

Liked: The staff were super helpful and allowed an early checkin. Location was awesome next to the train station and a short walk from the main square.
Disliked: Internet in my room was awful, I had to go to reception for all meetings and use mobile data in the room.

Would stay here again. Convenience...

Liked: Room was small but perfect, great view, location fantastic to both the train station, bike rental, and distance into the centre of Haarlem (one of my favourite cities ever). Great breakfast buffet and different sorts of coffee, fruit, warm.
Disliked: Not really a good dinner menu. Lovely dining room but food choices in the evening very limited. Thankfully not a big issue as there are lots of restaurants and cafes very close by.
