Great location, grumpy staff

Liked: Excellent location; nice lounge area; breakfast served until 11am
Disliked: The reception staff were unfriendly, grumpy, and unhelpful on both days. Two of them sat most of the time on their phone. There are no reception staff before 7am so the security guard has to do the checkout process and did his best but was not very familiar with the procedure

Great hotel!

Liked: - spacious, quiet room with a nice interior design - big bathroom with very good cosmetics provided- good breakfast with many options - bar in the afternoon - nice and helpful staff - great localisation next to the train and bus station
Disliked: - wifi is extremely poor, other than that everything was perfect!

Great hotel, fantastic location

Liked: Great location. Clean rooms and good lounge/bar area. Conveniently located by the station and staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful.

Charming Haarlem hotel very conveniently...

Liked: Staff very friendly and accommodating. Nice that cafe was on site. Great location. Very clean. Mini fridge.
Disliked: Room was too hot and I don’t think it had A/C. We were able to turn the heat off and open the windows however, so it was fine.
