Liked: The Hilton Lille has a prime location right in front of Lille Metro station, making it easy to get around the city. However, I had an issue with the AC in my room, which wasn’t fixed until the next day. The breakfast selection was limited with few choices, and the reception area was small. Despite these issues, the staff was friendly and helpful. A good spot for a short stay,

Liked: Lovely modern hotel with friendly and welcoming staff. My room was very spacious and comfortable. So happy they let me bring my dog.

Comfortable location but poor service...

Liked: The location was really good.
Disliked: The sheets on the my bed were dirty I asked for changing them they changed me room without even apologize. The customer care was poor. And another issue the air conditioning didn’t work while the rooms don’t have windows that guests can open for fresh air.

Horrible, never again!!

Liked: The room had not open windows And the heater in the room was too hot and stuffy could not sleep even when the heater was off. Absolutely shocking for such a price.
Disliked: Room to hot to sleep, I kept getting one asthma attack after another, even the heater was off it was too hot no fresh air
