Liked: Overall, a great place to host the 5 of us. Staff made effort to have our room earlier than normal check in time.
Disliked: Having an elevator would have been very helpful.

Liked: The staff were very pleasant and helpful.The breakfast was very good.Conveniently-located just a few minutes walking distance from the nearest metro station.
Disliked: The lighting in the room didn't meet my expectations. The yellow-light nightlamp was fine but the overhead white tubelight made the room less charming.

Liked: 1) The staff at the reception were very helpful, pleasant and hospitable :) I'd forgotten a jacket during my stay there but when i came back a few days later to ask for it, the person at the reception patiently located it from the "Lost & Found" cabinet and returned it back to me. 2) The breakfast was definitely value for money.
Disliked: I was disappointed with the lighting in the room. Although there was a 'yellow-light' bedside lamp, it was the white tubelight that made the room less charming than it should have been.
