Disappointing stay at Hotel Lido
Liked: Breakfast was good, Hot water facility was good in the taps. Toiletries was good.
Disliked: We had to carry our heavy bags through two flight of stairs to get to the reception. The reception is in the basement, the check in person did not have 1 eur change for the city tax. Our room was in the attic!! and the window could not be opened. The plug point beside my bed didnt work. One side of the bed was caving in, blanket provided was very coarse. In the bidet the water strength was very bad. the location is very remote and bad with no business and shops around. Chair was heavily stained. The room looked too small with a double bed.
