Liked: Beautiful hotel, centrally located. Friendly helpful staff. Great breakfast. The hotel gave us an upgraded room which had a view out over the main street, yet was quiet. It was spacious and well equipped. It was spotlessly clean and well maintained. The heating was easily adjusted, we had tea and coffee making facilities as well as a reasonably priced mini bar with a great selection of treats. The bathroom also had a range of shower and shampoo products.
Disliked: There was nothing to fault with this hotel.

Perfect Location

Liked: Excellent location, close to transport links and central to Prague's landmarks and tourist sites.Staff were very friendly and helpful.
Disliked: Room was too warm for us, could not figure out the air conditioning.

Would highly recommend and stay...

Liked: Perfect Location to walk just about everywhere. The staff was great and our room was huge, including a sitting area and outside balcony. The bathroom was big too and the lighting around the mirror was excellent, which is not usually the case at European hotels. The breakfast buffet was very good and coffee outstanding!
Disliked: Although the bathroom was big, the shower was teeny, like so many European showers.

Amazing location and very peasant...

Liked: We really enjoyed the staff attitude, very healthy and tasty breakfast, room design and the cleanness of all facilities. The breakfast working hours were also very convenient. We would love to stay there again!
Disliked: Maybe the room could be a bit warmer, and we couldn't regulate the temperature on our own. Also, it was sad to learn that the sauna was closed.

Best city break Hotel

Liked: The concierge staff were so friendly and helpful probably the best I have met in any hotel. all staff from the cleaning to the breakfast room were so friendly really made you feel welcome.the location of the Hotel is excellent. Rooms are a great size very clean and comfortable.
Disliked: I can't say there was anything I didn't like.
