Excellent location and friendly staff

Liked: The location was excellent, very close to main attractions. Staff were very friendly. Breakfast was good with nice selection of cheese. I really loved my stay at Hotel Horset Opera.
Disliked: The room didn't have a body lotion unlike other 4* hotels

Great location, small and quaint...

Liked: GREAT location near the Opéra district, very walkable to everything - tucked just behind the busy streets on a quieter street. Perfect compact size of a room with everything you need, good Wifi and decent AC by European standards. The furniture is a little older looking but it's still comfortable enough. Aside from that, the hotel gives you everything you need. I enjoyed my stay here for my first time in Paris!

Disliked: The rooms and lobby needs renovation. The lighting in the rooms and the corridors make you feel you are in a haunted mansion. The beds were comfortable.
