Nice staff, nice beds, a...

Liked: When I booked the hotel, I asked if we could get a room with a bath. This because I was traveling with my mom and I wanted to surprise her, so I was pleased to see a bath in the bathroom! It made my mom very happy.What we liked as well was that they cleaned the room every day, even though we didn't hang the sign on the door. They made the bed, refilled the coffee and tea and gave us clean towels. Also all the staff spoke English very well and helped us whenever we had a question.We didn't book breakfast with our reservation but on the very last day we decided to have breakfast at the hotel. We had two options: breakfast buffet or express breakfast, which included coffee or tea, jus d'orange, half a baguette, a croissant and butter and jam.We chose the latter one, as we're not the biggest breakfast-eaters, and it was amazing. We loved this option!
Disliked: The socket didn't work in the bathroom, so we had to dry our hair in the "hall", because that was the only place with a socket and a big enough mirror.

Fantastic, friendly hotel in a...

Liked: Quaint hotel in a fantastic location. Very close to the Opera Metro station and bus stops. It is also close to the stop for the hop-on, hop-off tourist busses. Very comfortable rooms, small but friendly bar area, and superbly located for many bistros and brasseries.
Disliked: Breakfast at the hotel isn't terribly exciting. Not bad, but not very good either!

Pleasant, safe, friendly stay close...

Liked: Location is great. Walking distance to Opera metro station. You could also walk easily to some main attractions. Close to shopping. Hotel is on a quiet side street. Room is quiet and a bit snug but cozy. Feels safe in the neighborhood. Staff is polite and helpful.
Disliked: If you have to spend the day mainly in your rooms, you'd feel a bit caged. Room, a bit on the small side (maybe due to my budget, I landed the smallest room). But I didn't spend much time in the room. So it was OK for me.
