Liked: It was clean and the location was perfect.
Disliked: You would think that as much as the hotel charges that parking would be included but it wasn’t.

Liked: The staff was lovely! Everyone was super accommodating and friendly!
Disliked: Horrible smell outside of hotel that made the lobby smell terrible as well. Like sewage. I would call first before booking to see if this is fixed. It was so bad. Also, lots of construction and debris outside of hotel front entrance!

Had a wonderful time.

Liked: We immediately felt right at home. We got to know YORDANOS and just loved her. She was helpful in finding tickets to Amy Grant at the Palace Theater. Great recommendations for dinner, an absolutely delightful personality.She made our trip perfect !

Disliked: Nice to have Starbucks adjacent to Lobby -- but not the most efficient, well run location.
