Liked: Location. Bakery adjacent was great for breakfast.
Disliked: I am not a fan of self check-in. The process was very very slow. If there had been any issues I would have preferred to be able to talk to someone immediately. We did have an issue with the safe in our room and I did get a response to my message sent on your site, but basically it was 'the safe doesn't work don't use it'.As seems to be the case in Switzerland the rooms were over hot. This hotel has probably the slowest lift ever!

Liked: location is great, in the heart of old town, close to station
Disliked: The ceiling is at 190cm, which is my height as well. The beams across the room made it even smaller. Shower cabin entrance is very narrow. Glass wall is too close to the toilet

Liked: Location is easily accessible from train station and quite central to places of interest.
Disliked: Having to carry luggages up flights of stairs at the hotel to reach the lift. Coffee machine provide in the room were dusty both inside and outside. As such I did not use it for hygiene reason.
