Fine option if you need to be near the university

Liked: I had to be at the university early the next day so this was the perfect location to stay so I didn't have to worry about transport. The landlady (?) was very helpful and welcoming. The rooms are basic, but quiet and perfect for what I needed. Very reasonably priced.
Disliked: If I were visiting Montpellier for a leisure trip, I wouldn't stay this far away from the historic centre. Rooms could do with a little more TLC, but fine to rest your head for a night if you have to be at the university the next day.
