Good

Liked: Location was excellent. We could walk everywhere, and taking our heavy luggage to the bus stops or station was not a big problem. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. They went out of their way toake me comfortable.The lobby area was tastefully decorated. We could enjoy a glass of wine there on one of the evenings.Bathroom set up was good.
Disliked: No toiletries, like shampoo, conditioner and body lotion. The breakfast buffet didn't include cooked eggs. From the second day there, I got boiled eggs.

Liked: Nice room, had everything we needed. Breakfast was good. Location good, easy walk into the town centre.
Disliked: Parking very difficult. Hotel doesn't have enough and the roads are very difficult to park in and are pay to park. The nearest multi-storey was also full. Make sure you book the hotel parking if you are going to stay there.

Good location, ok hotel

Liked: The hotel is a short walk to the Lake and Old Town which is handy. It was also clean with a modern bathroom and was really useful having the car park.
Disliked: Our booking said that our room featured a bathtub but we only had a shower. The beds were very uncomfortable and we found it a bit strange that the staff did not greet us whenever we went past reception.

Quaint hotel with modern amenities...

Liked: Location was within walking distance from train station and to the old part of town. Staff was very helpful in recommending restaurants and information on local events. Breakfast is well worth the additional cost
