Good for short stays

Liked: Good for a short stay. Beds are really small and bathroom not so comfortable. Breakfast was a plus, croissants, bread, coffee. The staff was kind.

Pleasant

Liked: Location close to Berri UQAM, clean room, good temperature in the room, no noise from the street, convenient kitchen in the bedroom
Disliked: The hotel was quite old (e.g. reception, staircase, lift) and did not look as modern as the pictures, the WiFi stopped working one morning, no shower gel in the bathroom

Wont be returning but glad...

Liked: Close to metro and clean.
Disliked: Sadly the breakfast did not meet expectations, bagels and croissants, nothing warm. We had a room with two double beds, booked in two people but only ONE coffee pod was given, and one decaf pod. How does that make sense, asked front desk for milk for coffee, they had none? Also free coffee in lobby was also not 24h like advertised, we arrived at 4 PM and it wasnt available. Room was clean, staff was friendly but kindof got awkward everytime we came in and out they would stare you down to greet you, if you've seen me once you dont need to do it over and over. Also no ambiance to the place, very mundane. Hotels in an alley way, garbage was everywhere, no sunlight in rooms, no view. I would definitely not return but I think its a decent price for a night or two for someone international because it's so close to the metro and other amenities.
