Liked: The hotel staff were super friendly and helpful. The room we initially booked was a bit smelly and they promptly accommodated us in another room. Then, a member of the management team came to check if all was in order and we really appreciated it. Also, the location is great! Super close to the metro station, walking distance from all the main sights and close by the ride sharing meeting point (Kangaridi), as well as from good restaurant options in the Spanish quarter. I definitely recommend :)
Disliked: My only feedback is that, unfortunately the hotel didn’t offer breakfast options for vegans. There was some fruits available (apple, orange and peach halves in syrup) but nothing else I’m afraid. We decided to have tea and coffee there but grabbed a bite elsewhere.
