Aptly named hotel; charms include...

Liked: The room was beautiful, with exposed rafters and a wonderful vista onto a binnentuin with hedges and the changing trees. The bathtub was a real bonus, something to savor at the end of the day! A coctail on the first afternoon, made by our host, was scrumptious, too!

a lovely place to stay...

Liked: huge bedroom and bathroom, very comfy, with loads of period charm. staff were very friendly and super helpful
Disliked: no lift, three flights of stairs, but I was aware of this when I booked the room

Everything was fine except having...

Liked: The location was good.I liked the design and the decoration inside.
Disliked: Would be nicer if there was a kettle in the room, or at least free tea or coffee outside the room.
