Liked: The location was perfect, just 2 blocks from the Cathedral, 4 minutes walking to Zocalo (Old Town Center, all tours start from here), 11 minutes walking to Parián Market and Callejon de Los Sapos (Alley of the Frogs). The room was clean, comfortable, the staff were friendly. I didn’t have any complains about the noise because I asked them to please assign me a room that was not facing to the street.
Disliked: They can improve the Wi-Fi. It was not working good, constantly connecting/disconnecting. The Wi-Fi is not stable.

Disliked: Wifi- It connects, disconnects, it connects, disconnects Bed- felt like I was sleeping on a wrestling ringRoom Key Card- had to get it reset 3 times

Liked: Location and close to all restaurants. Staff is very friendly.
Disliked: Toilet doesn’t flush. Shower door doesn’t close. Sink was a bit strange and can only wash hands.

Liked: Close to the main square, open 24 hrs, staff was great. Rooms were good size and well maintained
Disliked: Beds were not comfortable, very hard, shower water was barely hot enough for shower
