Disliked: Air conditioning was terrible and trying to sleep in a sauna is very unpleasant

Disliked: It was 18 degrees in the room, so cold and heating did not work at all. I had to leave the room before midnight to different hotel

Liked: Everything. Very pleasant and helpful staff (special shoutout to Hendricks for excellent support and welcome), perfect location close to all attractions in Old Town, wide selection for breakfast, rooms are very clean and cozy, comfortable stay and perfect vacation.

Liked: Very nice boutique hotel, very clean and tidy, excellent and courteous service, we got a room with a river view, very spacious and elegant, the hotel is close to all the important points in Prague, opposite Charles Bridge, a five-minute walk from the old town, we were welcomed by a guy named Hamza and Mohammed, very helpful and nice,

Liked: Nice location.
Disliked: When we first arrived the receptionist was very nasty and tried to educate us about placing a reservation. She requested €100 deposit in case for using the minibar, nobody informed us during the booking. The room was not heated. They are advertising the room with parking, there isn’t any option to park in the hotel, and in the city center it’s pretty difficult, and pricey.

Liked: Beautiful hotel in ideal location, minutes walk from Charles Bridge in the old town, historical and charming building and location. The design in the hotel is exquisite.

Liked: I recently had the pleasure of staying at the newly renovated Hotel Bookquet in Prague, and it exceeded all my expectations. The hotel's location is incredibly convenient, making it easy to explore the city.The rooms are top-notch, with comfortable beds and excellent water pressure (I stayed on the 100 level). The breakfast is delicious and genuinely puts most hotel breakfasts in the US to shame.I must highlight the exceptional staff. They are the most excellent and most helpful team I've ever encountered. When we checked in late in the evening, Dmitriy ensured we had everything we needed, including recommendations for local bars and restaurants that are local favorites, even on a weeknight.Every staff member greeted us with a smile throughout our stay and offered assistance whenever needed. During check-out, Melvin accommodated us, storing our luggage for a few hours before departure.Thank you to everyone at Hotel Bookquet for making our stay memorable. I highly recommend this hotel to others visiting Prague!

Great stay, great location, good...

Liked: Great location near the St. Charles bridge. 5-10 minute walk to the old or new town. Breakfast was very good.
Disliked: The walls are thin which allows noise from other rooms to come in.
