Liked: Excellent location, great breakfast, superb hosts

Good value given the Florence...

Liked: The breakfast was excellent and with many options, the bed was very comfortable and the room was spacious. It is also very close to the train station and city center.
Disliked: The walls are paper thin and you can hear your neighbors. We also had a room facing the railways, but I didn't have issues sleeping.

I would give 8, hoping...

Liked: good location, spacious room, comfortable beds, very nice staff in the reception, very rich breakfast.
Disliked: wasn’t very clean, hair in the shower, and on the floor. Very simple and basic design. Some colors, artwork on the walls could create more cosy environment. Very noisy cleaning staff starting to work in the morning talking very loud, not allowing to sleep a little bit longer on vacations.

Disliked: The room needed good ventilation , it had an odor even when it was clean . There should be a deodorizer or room freshener to keep the room smelling clean and fresh . The walk in shower was too narrow barely enough to stand in it .
