Excellent and we would stay...

Liked: The location was superb as was the lady at the front desk. We did not have breakfast with our stay, but it was so easy to find a suitable breakfast place in the piazza.The lady at the front was ever so helpful even though she didn't speak a word of English we got by with a few laughs,
Disliked: Nothing really as far as the accommodation went BUT we arrived at around 4pm on Saturday evening with driving within the main square closed and to find which way to go and where to go was a bit stressful - but we did it and didn't have any other problems for the rest of the time. I suggest - try and arrive a bit earlier if possible - we tried but were held up with an incident on the road, just couldn't be helped.
