Liked: Location rather good, next to railway station. Decent breakfast. Had dinner once and had really friendly service.
Disliked: Air-condition not in use (due to some ancient communal law?). In 2025 it should be the customers decision whether to use it or not. Receptionist could not explain the situation. Overall restaurants had more friendly staff than in reception.

Nice, clean, good location for...

Liked: Hotel is nice, very clean, OK breakfast, really good price and good location.
Disliked: You have to pay for the parking, breakfast could have more vegetable choices.

Pleasant

Liked: Hotel was in the walking range for the old city Verona downtown.Breakfast was very good.
Disliked: Front desk Staff needs to know how to communicate with the customers.Coaches and sofas were in dirt and wornout. In the rooms; tables and floors were in dust and Bathroom was dirty. Our sleeeping interrupted time to time by trains passing.It is sad to say but as a person booking hotels more then 90 days per year. This hotel is not gone be in our consideration for booking.

Satisfied except for the bathrobe...

Liked: Location is walking distance to the centre and local attractions, close to the train station.
Disliked: I requested for a bathrobe but was declined saying it was not included in the room accommodation. I understand but at least we should have been given an option to pay extra for it.
