Disliked: Water pressure in the shower was very light and the bathroom sink was clogged.

Liked: I just love this hotel, its in a great location, the staff is always helpful and friendly. I have stayed here 3 times now and each time I get a different room and they are all well equipped and comfortable. Love the game/library room and having the bar/restaurant onsite. Its just a great hotel.
Disliked: there are times when the streets are loud (college town), so it an get noisy at night. They do provide ear plugs.

I will definitely come back...

Liked: The room was awesome! I loved how big it was and it was super clean and comfy. We stayed on a week night and it was nice and quiet.

Liked: Location and cleanliness of the property. Staff are friendly. Communication is exceptional. It is pet friendly. My dog loves his stay in the hotel.
Disliked: The heater inverter doesn’t reach the sofa bed at the living room, so it doesn’t warm up that area. Otherwise, everything is good.

Disliked: Elevators take too long. The noise was brutal. People in adjacent rooms partying until 3am people screaming and yelling in the streets. The garbage bins in the room still had garbage from the previous guests, the blinds were too small and allow light to shine through. There wasn’t an info booklet or information about hotel amenities. Is there room service? The creamers for coffee in room curdled when put into coffee.
