Fun, historical hotel

Liked: The location was great and building and its history was cool! Right downtown so lots of restaurants and shops. Easy to get to from freeway. Free off street parking.
Disliked: Bellingham is a college town, so being right downtown on a Saturday night meant loud partiers until 1am. The pillows were not great.

Liked: Service was exceptional, great location.
Disliked: Room decor was sparce, some pictures obviously missing. Well stocked though. Lower floors a bit noisy from Saturday night activities outside. Lovely hotel with great service.

Delightful, interesting, very friendly, nearby...

Liked: Delightful, historical building in downtown Bellingham. Close to theater and restaurants. Comfortable room and fun to be lodged in a piece of history of this section of the Pacific Northwest.
Disliked: Needed a darkout shade in the bedroom. Exterior light could not be blocked easily with louvered blinds.
