Fabulous breakfast after great nights...

Liked: The room was very well equipped - coffee machine, mini bar, hairdryer, Molten Brown toiletries.The room was so quiet.The staff were very friendly.The breakfast was exceptional - such a surprise for a small hotel - it was much better than most breakfasts in larger and more expensive hotels. First we were presented with freshly squeezed Seville orange juice and fresh fruit and yogurt - and then offered 2 further courses from a delicious menu along with tea and coffee. I had smoked salmon, omelette and lovely bread and the best tiramisu I’ve ever eaten- exceptional- if you stay here you must have breakfast !! Everything was delivered to the table beautifully presented.
Disliked: There was nothing not to like - 10/10

This experience has ruined my...

Disliked: WARNING!!! DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTELS PROPERTIES!! THERE ARE NOT PROPER SECURITY SYSTEMS (only 1 security camera for the entire property), MEASURES OR TRAINING IN PLACE AND POSSIBLE CRIMINAL ACTIVITY BY THE STAFF. THE FRONT DESK CLERK NEGLIGENTLY OR POSSIBLY INTENTIONALLY GAVE OUR ROOM KEY TO A PERSON WITHOUT ASKING FOR PROPER ID AND THAT PERSON IMMEDIATELY STOLE OUR LUGGAGE FROM OUR ROOM!! DEFINITELY DO NOT STAY HERE!!!

Wonderful boutique hotel

Liked: Staff were so helpful and friendly. Allegra made sure everyone ate properly LOLLocation was fantastic everything you wanted to see was on the doorstep.
Disliked: That I had to leave it!

Amazing stay

Liked: Had an amazing stay. The hotel is located in the middle of everything and is super easy to get to. Everyone at the hotel was super friendly and accommodating.
Disliked: The only thing that I would have to remark in is that the temperature in the room was a little to warm for our liking and it wasn't possible to adjust as it was still considered to be winter so the aircon only provided warm air.

Beautiful place in the heart...

Liked: Location is perfect. It is central but quiet. Staff is extremely helpful and lovely. All rooms have character and are an experience.
Disliked: Nothing except weDid not get a double bed but two singles and the gap is a bit wide.
